As a resident in family medicine, I have come to realize the importance of technology in the realm of medicine. Searching for a medical condition in an online search engine sometimes results helpful information. Given that some websites are more reliable than others, this website attempts to present resources that are reviewed or created by healthcare providers. The site is always under construction, and is not intended to be an all inclusive resource. I will update the site as I learn about new resources.

Three sites that often provide useful information for patients and doctors alike are:

• The Merck Manual: Read overviews of medical conditions and treatments, provided as a free service by Merck.
• Lab Tests Online: Learn more about the lab results your doctor has ordered for you.
• Centers for Disease Control and Prevenetion: Review information provided on many conditions by the CDC.

The information provided on this site is designed to facilitate the understanding of healthcare. The layout of this site is as follows.
